How to reach the event

Luso town is set in the center of Portugal, in proximity to the city of Coimbra. Participants should arrange to travel to Coimbra, as shuttle service will be provided from Coimbra-B train station and Bus Terminal to Luso (see details bellow).

from Lisbon: 225 km
from Porto: 120 km

From airport:
Participants arriving in Portugal via Lisbon Airport can reach the Oriente Train Station by metro (a station is immediately outside the Arrivals exit) or by Taxi. From there, trains are available to Coimbra B station (1h30 - 2h travel time). Also available in Oriente are buses from several companies.

Participants arriving in Portugal via Oporto Airport can reach the Campanhã Train Station by metro (a station is immediately outside the Arrivals exit) or by Taxi (note: approx. 20km distance). From there, trains are available to Coimbra B station (1h20 travel time).

Organized shuttle transfer of participants (Coimbra-Luso and Luso-Coimbra):
Participants will be offered transfer by bus from the train station in Coimbra (Coimbra-B) to Luso on the morning of May 22, 2023, as well as from Luso to Coimbra-B station on the morning of May 26, 2023. Average travel time by shuttle is 40 min. Schedules will be anounced closer to the Workshop date.
